Hello, I’m so glad to have this platform to share my thoughts and feelings about Stratford Self Storage and Theresa who has guided me through renting my 2 units. Selecting the correct sizes that I need was difficult on my own so I am extremely grateful for Theresa’s patience and understanding. Theresa is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process of renting a storage unit so smooth and easy. Theresa truly went above and beyond to guide me through this journey. And, so pleased that I chose Self Storage and none of their competitor's. Another huge reason why I am pleased with my choice is the cleanliness of the facility. I been using slef storage of Stratford for almost 3 years is the best place to have you're belongings and you're stuff in storage and the one thing that makes the place very special is Theresa she will guide you what you need to do and she makes you feel good of your choice of space you need for your stuff and she is very good and takes care of you when something happens or you're bank card is not working trust me she will be calling you for update you're information for you not to lose your belongings

Theresa has always been so kind and welcoming with open arms to me , to any and everybody I’ve seen her come in contact with. She has made my time with her so enjoyable that no matter what time of the day I go to the storage , I have to say hi and give her a big hug !! "This self storage facility is a good option for anyone needing extra space! In regards to staff, your go to is Teresa, she is incredibly friendly, helpful and greets you wish a smile. Being a Project Manager and Teresa guiding me through the rental process and answering all my questions. The units are clean, well-maintained, and if you have any questions or concerns she is the lady to contact.

Parking was available, the building has 2 large elevator's. The young lady showing us the units explained measurements also other sizes available with easy pricing.
